This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile and web game Bitfall ("the Game", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. By using Bitfall you agree to the practices described below.
Bitfall does not ask you to create an account and does not collect any personally identifiable information directly. The Game stores your local high score and game settings on your own device using browser localStorage (web) or app-private storage (mobile). This data never leaves your device through us.
Bitfall is free to play and shows advertising provided by Google AdMob (mobile) and, when enabled, Google AdSense (web). These services may collect and process information automatically, including:
Google uses this information to deliver, measure, and (where you have consented) personalise ads. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can read more about how Google uses data from partner sites and apps at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Bitfall is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided information through an advertising partner, please contact us and we will work with the partner to address it.
Locally stored high scores and settings remain on your device until you delete them. Data processed by advertising partners is retained according to their own policies linked above.
Because Bitfall does not transmit personal data to servers we operate, the main protection of your data is the security of your own device. We rely on the security practices of Google for advertising-related data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted in the Game's release notes.
